Omg the trigger I love but can't name 😂😢❤ I love this visual and audio mixed trigger, it's comforting for some reason I am super sensitive so I physically feel alot of the things I think about or hear detailed descriptions of (including intrusive thoughts but that's not what I'm talking bout rn) so I think that's why, I really wish I could know the general name of this trigger, face scratchinh?
