Trying to say this as elegant as I can: Handong taking her leave from Dreamcatcher has done wonders for the entire group. I'm not going to pretend I know a lot about it but ever since she left and came back you not only saw the members realize how much she meant (and how they all mean to one another) but how much Handong was able to take time to rebalance herself and it has been amazing seeing her grow to where she is now. Hope that came across okay and may they all remain together for the long distant future.

Dongie gets clings and cuddles.. even when she acts like she doesn’t want it. Dongie is Insomnia’s favorite child.. I may be a Singbin bias, but Dongie is Dongie and thus is special.

I think because Dongie is the only foreigner and they may have seen first hand how hard it is to adapt to life in another country. There may have also been a point where she felt really lonely and they collectively made sure she never felt like that again. It’s like they have extremely soft spots for her and it genuinely warms my soul seeing it.

Sarcasm isn't as common in Korea as elsewhere and then only among close friends. Handong uses a lot of sarcasm but always with a laugh at the end which makes it OK. Koreans refer to this as being 'savage'. Twice's Taiwanese Tzuyu is also often called savage.

Yup, handong is really2 the middle child of the group. The only foreigner as well. I do believe every members try to understand Handong more bcoz of this reason as well. They know how hard to live abroad alone + idol life culture. Thats why they always try more to make her feel accepted & belonging with them as well. I also thx DCC effort in not discriminate her & even try hard for her as well. other companies, not all but many failed to treat their chinese members well & later on end up in dispute which unpleasant to happend. For Dong to agree to extend her contract, she must be OK with the company & members -> not many chinese idols ever extend their contract with their agency as i recall perhaps not even 10
