She's actually not the strongest if we're talking physically. Jiu would be more appropriate for that. Handong won that tug of war coz her technique and not strength. Watch how she throws her body downward faster than any of them and when someone is on their belly it's pretty much impossible to move them. It's just simple physics. The arm wrestle is just way too easy since it's Yoohyeon the slimmest member of the group. Anyone of them coulda beaten her. The barrel spin, even YH actually does it better if you watch all of their lives and dance practice vid.

Agree, it definitely has a lot to do with technique, but timing and strength would also have to play a big factor. Timing because Dami also tried the same technique at 3:02 but it didn't work since she threw her weight down too early (the best moment would be just before the rope is pulled taut, which Dongie somehow managed to gauge in all three rounds that were filmed), and strength because Jiu was able to make a comeback in the previous two rounds by pure strength but didn't manage against Dongie (though we also need to take into consideration fatigue from energy exerted in the previous rounds, especially against Sua + collision against the floor which probably knocked her out for a few seconds + Dongie's sheer speed at finding the candy). Analyzing physics is fun :)) Either way the candy episode is very memeable lol
