Hey there! First, I want to thank everyone who not only watches this video, but who has watched the series as a whole for the last 4 years. It was a lot of hard work, but in the end, I managed to put this video together and I couldn't be more proud of the result. Thank you to everyone who has supported this series, left comments, likes, and shared videos with your friends. I remember when Phoenix first contacted me over DeviantArt asking about voicing Asgore in the Handplates comic, and now here we are, 4 years later and much more experienced. The comic seems to be inching ever closer to its conclusion, and I can't help but say I hope these next months or so of this project end up being as good as the last 4 years were, if not better. This has been the longest running project I've been a part of, and it has a special place in my heart, so to dedicate my last piece of work as a Comic Dub editor to this project is something I'm honored to do. I hope you all enjoy this video that's been months in the making. Phoenix will be taking back the reigns as editor in chief of the series now that I've had my fun with this video and we'll get back to a more speedy upload times as new updates come out. Oh my God, I'm so glad you noticed the blood splatter! I wanted to make that scene as visceral as possible. Sans was holding his arms over the wound to stop the bleeding, but if he moved too much it'd gush out and splatter on the ground. And then when he falls against the pillar I wanted there to be some major weight to it. Basically I went all out on that scene to make it as violent to watch as possible and I'm glad that showed through!

I think out of all Undertale storylines, I find this one to be the saddest. They’ve had the short end of the stick since there creation, and the hits just keep coming. But all that aside, this is such a great comic.

It's so hard to change people's minds. Where so many people are closed minded. Where their beliefs are so strong that they refuse even when all of the evidence is there that the thing they believe in will harm them, harm another person, or just plain false. And it's harder when you try to change someone, for the better, close to you because it hurts to see them like that.

When I first saw the title of this video, my heart sank. “Why would this player do this? Why would anybody do the genocide route? For fun? How would people enjoy the torture of innocent monsters?” But I then saw the scene with the player crying when Sans spoke. It hit me, that such a subtle speech, could make so many emotions bloom. I myself have never done the genocide run because i’d never want to do such a thing. But to watch Chara tear the moment after what the player did, and kill Sans, it was so sad. And that’s my speech.

While it is pretty sad, the fact Papyrus is implied/confirmed to know the resets in the comic actually might make it easier for Sans. He’s more motivated instead of giving up since he has Papyrus to fight for and who also knows what he’s going through. I’d assumed he’s not as depressed by the resets due to Papyrus remembering and he probably won’t stop trying to figure a way out knowing that his brother also suffers the same fate.

Way back when this was announced I already knew I'm gonna be bawling my eyes out... you three did such a stellar performance with the emotions, the desperation in Sans's voice, and then later the completely empty, broken depression, his conversation with Radic/The Player trying to muster just that little bit of determination to try to change them one last time, Papyrus's determination and bravery, while he is completely bottling up his true emotions, and of course, gotta give props to Cello as well, her performance as the Player/Radic hit me even more than I expected it would. The music... the sounds... everything... Amazing editing, stellar dub, this is just the masterpiece that I was expecting, it's even better than that. I am truly amazed. Now... if you don't mind, Imma go and cry ;D

Yeah, I was really happy when the soundtrack list just clicked into place. I was doing a dry read on my own to different music, then I managed to put together the list in no time at all when FMAB's OST hit that sweet spot for me. Unfortunately, I've now listened to these tracks so many times in editing that they are ruined for me for the foreseeable future. XD (Also, thank YOU for helping out. You came through real strong with your performance.)

Thank you so much! I had volunteered to do these updates as a single video as a tribute to the series ages ago. I was doing a cold read before I had even recorded my lines, trying to figure out the kind of feel I wanted the episode to have, and then I hit on a few FMAB tracks, managed to pace out what tracks I wanted to use with a few more cold reads, and then the rest was history. The natural melancholy to all of the tracks in that OST, combined with its versatility, just worked so well for me and I'm glad everyone else thinks so!
