I have watched lots of big (bigger) stitch tutorials and your is the best. You give lots of understandable descriptions and lots of visual quilting. I really like your stitch length and I’m trying to achieve the spacing that seems to come so naturally to you so I’ll be watching this video and your tutorial of the circles again and again. Thanks!

Practice is all it takes. Find the stitch length that is comfortable to you

Very nice quilt, it's interesting to watch different ways to quilt. I do some big stitch quilting based on a video you made a long time ago, it was very helpful for me.

Is there a preferred batting to use? Cotton, poly, blend, wool, silk?

I like a thin wool batting for really small stitches. I often use warm and natural too.
