meep meep The OS. The phones are fine, android is fine, but the special version of android Samsung uses is ASS. It makes the phones feel slow, it’s not ergonomic, and some things are just downright stupid. My big gripe about their physical phones though is that on the S10e, Face ID literally flash bangs you at night because it can’t see your face. So it turns the screen brightness all the way up. Imagine waking up at 3:00am and then turning on your phone and having it blind you. That’s a stupid design decision. So yeah. Android is fine, but Samsungs are trash.

I find that it makes one ear bud (which are already kinda flimsy in the ear) have to bear the load from the entire chord, as opposed to two. So it's much more likely to fall out, since it's being pulled down more. Meanwhile, the other just kicks back and dangles like it's on vacation, while the other struggles.
