Does Velero 1.10v support minio object storage because not able to find any documentation about minio in search bar ?

In case of Azure managed disk we dont need to use restic as Velero supports azure plugin and use it for native snapshotting. is my understanding correct? In case of Azure AWS and GCP we do need to use restic flag. Is my understanding correct?

I believe this is correct, it'll use the cloud provider API instead.
