Why do I think that the real human ribcage is not that flexible to compress like that? I hope the rescuer doesn't break the ribs, they are not so hard bones😶😶

Broken ribs are acceptable and even expected, as you need to push hard and fast. You're right that they aren't flexible, but they can heal. The important thing is to keep the brain alive through CPR.

You're right, ribs are not flexible, but broken ribs are expected after receiving CPR. However broken ribs can heal, remember doctors can fix ribs, they can't fix death. Essentially, if you hear cracking under the chest when doing CPR, you are doing it correctly.
