HANDSHAKE Drill can be practiced in the comfort of your home. Stand in front of a mirror and make the repetitive motion to build muscle memory for better results. Give it a try and let me know how you get on.

@@LisaHealYourself A lot of the stuff I teach you can practice in your home. So make sure to watch the GAPS series. That will really get you to understand a lot before you even hit the ball.

Thank you, thank you …for your great analogies and clear teaching methods! I was so despondent after a year of struggling and your coaching plain and simple is amazing! Everything is gradually improving. I just wonder have I missed a video for tips on what should happen with the club after the handshake, how far should the club be taken back, how do you then increase the power of your swing, where should your body, arms and legs be once you have hit the target! 💃 Now a Salsa girl! Thankyou 😄

Hi Shayain, new subscriber here! I started golfing this past year because I was looking for anything to help me get out of the house and feel normal. It's been a lot of fun, but there has been a lot of learning. I tend to try and keep my wrist flat on my backswing, which sounds like it has a similar goal to the handshake. I'll going to keep your tips in mind and try them out next time I'm at the range! Thank you!
