Well, you're not wrong in saying this song has a different style and feels more personal, and I think it has to do with the fact that this song was the very first song they created as a group, during predebut days. The guys said it during Livelock promotions 👀 And as for my favorite song from them, it's one from their newest album, Troubleshooting, which has a heavy 80's rock like vibe. Hope you guys are enjoying Livelock as much as I did! ^^

I don't even know what kind of song i prefer because Xdinary Heroes just get it right no matter what genre they try lmaoo 😅 there's not a single song i dislike from their discography! One thing that makes me sad is people not giving them a chance because they are not pop and, on the other side, they don't give the chance because they don't think they are a real rock band. Maybe it's because of the discrimination with korean musicians 😕 but i really hope they can have more recognition, not only in the k-pop/korean music insdustry but as a rock band as well!

jooyeon as a vocalist reminds me so much of youngk from day6 because they both are really so good at controlling their voices and are so flexible with how they sing depending on the song

I appreciate their versatility! My fav song is from the new album; it’s called Money On My Mind. I think that Xdinary have a lot of sides to show people and they do that well. They have what seems to be a string of singles coming up, so I’m excited to see what they do with that.

Pluto reminds me of the american post hardcore music I listened to in high school, A Day To Remember specifically. I love it so much.

I had the same feeling too! I felt it like Hands Like Houses or Asking Alexandria type of music too, but without Danny's raspy and rockish voice just replaced by this clean but also rock/metal voice style. It's impossible to not just love it from start to finish, it's just hella addictive.

Pluto is one of my fave XH songs of all time!!! (Their whole discography is so great it really depends on my mood to pick a fave but I have a huge soft spot for Pluto) I love how grand and majestic it sounds and the lyrics are so touching too 🥹 Please check out their live version they performed on NPOP, it is honestly my favourite performance EVER!! It’s so beautiful and you can really see how passionate they are while singing and playing, it’s absolutely breathtaking ❤

Your reaction to the use of autotune is the same one I had, I loved it so much. From this particular mini album, my favorite one is again? again!, it genuinely reminds me of the pop rock/punk music I listened in my high school years. But in terms of their more softer tracks my favorite one is until the end of time from their recent full album troubleshooting, the vocals are what do it for me. They're genuinely filled with emotions and it almost made me shed a tear. While in terms of their heavier sounds my favorite is moneyball (also from troubleshooting), the metal influence in the instrumental is genuinely amazing.

Until the new album came out, zzzz was my favorite, but man, there are some GOOD tracks on troubleshooting. And I love Pluto. It is one of my faves from Livelock, though Again? again! Is my number 1 from this album. Thanks for another amazing reaction!

I remember a KZbin reviewer mentioning Enemy is like an anthem. I think that's the best description. for me, this Livelock album is still their best album. I just felt Troubleshooting album has a lot of songs, I'm having a hard time enjoying all of them when I listen to the whole album (10 songs seems too much for me now).

I actually HATE the autotune on Ode's voice LOL. I much prefer the live version with none. It just feels so jarring and out of place, and he's the only one who we can't hear his beautiful vocals 🥲 This was one of my faves from Livelock but then Enemy took over that spot. Enemy is just so harsh and sad and dark, and I can't wait to see that reaction!

oh, it's not autone actually. it's called flagger effect! they used it to help us listeners felt like we're in outer space! the sad thing is, why does o.de only used it? 😢

I dont like the autotune, is only on Ode, in live sound way more better. Pluto was made by Jooyeon, Gaon and Gunil during their predebut. Jooyeon is a genius he wroted the chorus and pre-chorus. I dont think Pluto sounds pop tho

I think it is not auto tune, as far as I know it is a voice modulator that uses flanger as effect. I saw a clip where jooyeon and gun-il was playing with this equipment of od.e and you still need to sing in tune to use it. You can also see it on live performances where Od.e sometimes uses another mic that is connected to this equipment.

@@yve8626 That is auto tune, voice modulator to use as effect. Yes sometimes they used a mic that is connected to that auto tune effect. A lot of autotuned artist use them and sometimes u can hear when the mic goes wrong and their normal voice comes out. Autotune is ok in more tecno songs dont why they used here.
