Another quick re-upload as there were some processing issues with KZbin. It was epic to train with my more talented Norwegian brother Ulrik. Next episode is going to include a few other Norwegian beasts too so stay tuned, hope you enjoyed this episode!

4:40 Tom prepares to start doping! For real though, it is so interesting seeing the methodology of somebody who is just this good on their hands!

Awesome video. I was always under the impression blocks were mainly used for walks as a progression for OAHS, but the advise about using them to move the weight to toward the middle of the palm is awesome. Thank you!

Tom, with your love of handstand work and the amount of time you've already spent training them, how long do you think it would/will take you to reach Ulrik's level of ability in this video? PS congrats on the workshop! Sad you'll miss NYC.

I really liked the stretch he was doing at 4:57, maybe you can make a video for the hips, with the purpose of making them more flexible/mobile, for the same reason he was doing it (an injury, or just bcz one side is tighter then the other...) I just tried out from what I can see and I'm able to fell the difference on the spot... Thanks

How are the people in the gym not just standing next to you and looking? Most probably don't realize how difficult this actually is

it's cool, but that doesn't mean people are going to stop and just stare and not go about their workouts...
