Cool Tier list :) A slight critique on the form bit not the contene: you should add a second tier for main and side deck. This would probably help you placing cards like Baldrake, etc

it's good for locals if you go with 3 structures and a few staples, might have to pick up a few blue-eyed singles too. if you want more out of it, you will have to invest into the primite engine.
