Thanks for being a responsible person. I have had and some still do, ask me why I don't drive. I keep repeating that it isn't like I can't but I choose not to because of my vision. I will or I used to drive only in case of an emergency (designed driver because I was the only one sober) lol. I don't like driving because people have no respect for others. Too many people in a rush to get to a 24 hrs cemetery.

No. She shouldn't be *_drinking_* on those medications and she _certainly shouldn't be driving._ You can't take someone's right to drive away just because they're on antiseizure medication, etc. as long as those medications don't impair their driving and are controlling their seizures. Even in Ontario, I looked it up. The problem is that she's an alcoholic and a habitual offender. She probably has brain damage from alcohol, possible even early onset dementia. You can't blame medications, especially since you have zero clue what meds she's even on.
