That's not Waples, that's Markus Johansson. If you search Hang Massive-Once Again here on youtube, You'll see the same guy but with different hair cut, and the one on the right (Danny Cudd) is using a dread hat or whatever you call it. You can tell by the collar he's wearing, I think it's the same on both videos.
