John Luke is the walking epitome of a hippocrite. At 1:13 he says "do you see any onions or peppers on this grill?" Then at 2:37 we see onions on his grill. He says no true philly cheesesteak has peppers unless they were making up for poor qualiy meat. This video was in 2014. Two years later, here in 2016 kzbin.info/www/bejne/Zma9YomgrrmEmc0 John luke again at his restaurant, showing how he makes one of his cheesesteaks for another news crew, he clearly is seen using onions AND peppers on his cheesesteak. Wtf.
