I so enjoy your videos. It helps me not miss the twice monthly Stitch Night at my LNS quite so much. I get a smile out of your cats being close by when stitching. I have one and no matter the time of day she will hear my work light click on which seems to be her signal to come sit on or by me. First she has to stomp around on my lap and rub her face on the work in hand. I stitch with a lint pick roller handy but still have extra fiber and shading (long-haired tuxedo) in my stitching. I've always wanted to do a white work piece but unless I only stitch it in my back yard or in the car, it's not likely to happen soon since there's no good way to isolate myself from cat hair inside. Yes, I vacuum a lot; she sheds a lot, but she's so lovey-dovey that I can't get very mad about it. Maybe I should do more Halloween pieces where the black would be an asset. :D

It's good to see you. I've been taking a break from Flosstube. Slowly getting back watching again. You are one of my fav's! And I wanted to Thank you for the short video demonstration of the sewing method. I've been getting better at it and able to increase my speed and accuracy. It's making sense to crossstitch this way! I agree with you about social media instantly being out there with false information, or not totally true information. A local business here was almost destroyed from a disgruntled employee taking a video of something that happened, but it wasn't totally true. The business is starting to recover now several months later. And all that was needed was the person who had the problem, talk directly with the person and find out the truth. When I was younger, wise man told me that once something said (gossiped or slandered) about someone, those words can never be fully brought back. It's like trying to retrieve a handful of sand you've thrown into the sea. 😪

I always get your orders f-a-s-t! Easily within a week or two. I do so appreciated that you let people know if some items are not in stock, I have ordered twice from two other shops and they’ve taken four to six weeks with no communication, which is hard as you don’t know the status. Every one of my orders has been received within a week. I honestly have not expected that at all and was wondering how in the world you were doing it. I’m so grateful for the LNS to be doing everything you are to keep us stitching and we understand that these are not normal times. Take time for you. Take care of you. And when you can get our orders out you will. Until then we’ll keep ordering anyway, don’t worry! We don’t expect normal delivery times right now.

First, it's good to see you again! I was amazed how quickly you recovered from having your gall bladder removed. I had to have emergency surgery last year to remove mine (and two stones that were hospital record size, the largest being slightly over 4cm). I was in the hospital for 2 weeks after mine, and recovered at home after that for weeks. Secondly.... I also like to put the symbols on my thread drops and I use FriXion (made by Pilot) pens. They are erasable, so when I'm done, I just "erase" the symbol and color name/number and reuse the drops.

I freaking love the school photo---you had personality, ma'am! Also, just from a customer's standpoint, I can bear most any kind of delay as long as a shop/store/seller communicates with me. The owner can even say, "I forgot your order and just now sent it," and I'll shrug and get over it (human errors happen). The only thing that drives me nuts is radio silence when I finally break down and email a shop/seller to ask about a super-long delay on fulfillment. Your shop, however, has always taken care of me, and your communications are always timely. It's evident that you anticipate customer needs/questions and respond accordingly! Right now, we all have to be extra patient on the receiving end because the whole shipping and mailing industry is running sloooow.

Such a happy day when I hear your whistling intro! Your comments about some customers...well, some people just can’t be happy unless they are miserable. I’ve been spreading my stitching money around the country during this quarantine. One shop had kind of a whiney tone in each of the multiple emails they sent about why they couldn’t fulfill my full order; another shop hasn’t even acknowledged the email I sent five weeks ago trying to place an order, and one shop was pretty snippy when I emailed them about difficulty I had in submitting payment for my order (I ended up spending my money elsewhere - I actually think I ended up with your shop!). But for those three “negative” experiences, I’ve had many other EXCEPTIONAL experiences with other stitchy shops. Times are strange right now...too bad people can’t be more patient and loving. I hope you are able to find time to do more stitchy tubes this week - I love hanging with you!!
