Just took out the Saito Fg61ts. Went with a Fiala Valach fm70. Love the plane though

Yeah I’ve been seeing the problems you’ve had with the Saito. Too bad. And I agree that the price you pay for a Saito it should be more reliable. That Valach looks great!

I think the dle 2 strokes are the way to go super simple if anything happens pop 2 new jugs on and keep going

Saito is a massive disappointment I have the fg33 fg63 and the fg21 I have had noting but problems. The fg33 I have done the timing back to 35 degrees updated the intake manifold even and still can’t get it right the fg 21 out of the box on book settings for the low and high end can not get it to idle has no low end no matter the adjustment.

Looks like they've now dropped this plane from the line which is sad because it is a very pretty plane. Our club VP has one with a DLE 65 which he only flies scale like.

It's at a corner of the local airport. But it's mostly back home I have problem with space. 😁 Are you still using the Jeti? Any thoughts after a few months?

I am switching over a few older planes slowly. But the Jeti is the BOMB. There is no radio that can compare. The more I have it the more I love it. Verbiage and where to find things is slightly different but after a little time and a few KZbin vids it’s incredible
