This song means alot to me. When i was in a band me and my buddy played this song together at practice, with me on bass. Its the best memory i have with him before he died. I felt like as musicians we connected on that song musically. I plan to write music like this eventually, when the time is right.

I loved a girl so very much a while ago. We loved eachother. We held a farewell party for her, me and some friends, up on rooftop of her building. By midnight, everyone was drunk, dancing and fooling adound, but i was on the edge of the balcony, holding her in my arms, listening to this song on my headphone and gazing at the sky, knowing very well that was the end. I tried no to cry so much because i didn’t wanted to make her sad, but when i looked at her, she was weeping as much as me. It is impossible to listen to this and not be transportet to that very moment again.

Every summer ends with this song.. We change as time goes by..but some things stay just the same: Like nostalgia for places where we have been, for people we loved, for words we were afraid to tell... I wish that I could just wrapp myself in this song...and wait.. 'till next summer comes..

@@garrywindshield1 It's crazy to think that comments so old will be here until this website goes down, which may not happen in the next 10-20 years or even longer. When I come back to my old comments, or sometimes stumble upon them, and read about my thoughts from 10-13 years ago, emotions hit me like a brick wall. These comment section are more than just comments, when you used this function, they are like a footprint of thoughts and emotions you felt the moment you watched something that interested and/or moved you during that period, often times being connected to experiences you had shortly before or whilst commenting. Crazy. Also, when reading someone elses thoughts from that long ago, makes me wonder if they are still alive.

This is a good video because I can look back into the past to 2000 just after the Bloodflower album 1998. One such look back is my 2002 Trilogy from Berlin. Its all about ups and lows of cure relationships some long and some short. Time had run out then as one reaches middle life. And this is a song metaphore of Robert and Cure life till then. Now its 2021 and I can see what he meant
