It is unbelievable to me that I still feel as strongly about Robert's art as I did when I first heard the Cure over 40 years ago, when I was just a teenage kid. Nothing has changed. He has his own place in the global soundscape and nothing has changed in the honesty and dedication of this musical genius.

This song is sad, but beautiful. It really resonates with me. I have a picture of Robert and I when we met in 1992. I was 16, he was 33. Years later, I look at myself now and I have gotten older on the outside, but I still feel younger on the inside. It is tragic getting old. This is why I love The Cure; their wonderful melodic music, Robert"s raw, emotional lyrics and Simon's basslines have always spoken to me and moved me all these years.❤

New, yet it just blends right in with everything we love about them. Thank God. We are blessed. I'm feeling low about not going to this show in Atlanta but I did get to see them there a few decades ago. Listen to the funeral party, all cats are grey, and then endsong, loud and hopefully uninterrupted. It's transcending. It's like it's the kind of beautiful stuff you just feel in your soul and then there it is. He puts it out there for u.

When i listen to this song, its like a mesh is created, an incoming stream of filaments of sound from all directions. And in that soundscape, it coalesces, shimmering. Gradually these tapestries form and i realize they are moments, moments from my life. The true moments, the real moments, the only ones that mattered. What a remarkable magical spell, this is what happens when you remain true to yourself and express that true self thru music. The world will never see your like again. thank you.

Encore !!!!!

I saw him the other day in Toronto. Amazing. So much love for the man and his art. 40 years a fan. My kids love his music, too. Timeless. This song could easily have been added to Disintegration . The raw feel...I get it. I remember an interview a few years back and he was worried about his body image and how the fans would judge him. I was at that concert this week, Robert, we were wall to wall, in love with you. You are a treasure and we love our treasures completely no matter their age. The Bad wolf logo on the deck on stage is a message about transcending all time and coming home safely. That is exactly what you did. Incredible.

Brilliant ! I love the soundscape they create - it’s soothing all my anxiety and connect the loose ends …. Mesh around my soul and into my spiritual void . Robert Smith is a genious musician & human being . ⚡️❤️✨

This has got the be the best sounding recording of this song so far. This song was so great live (Tampa and Miami for me), and this audio you have here sounds amazing. Thanks for posting!

Agreed, I saw them in Tampa and Miami. This song is so damn phenomenally good, along with Alone, A Fragile Thing, I Can Never Say Goodbye, and It Can Never Be The Same (though this last song dates back to a few years earlier). I do believe this upcoming album could even be my favorite over Disintegration (and that's getting into heretical territory).
