Today, we are going to share a solution against Hanli water chiller, it is E12 alarm. As usual, a tip, your supplier should be the first one you ask help, please don’t try to solve any serious problems by yourself.
Several viewers asked me strongly to fix their Hanli problems, I guess they thought I worked for Hanli. Actually, I am not, and I beg you, please don’t call me at our midnights, it is really a trouble for me.
When we have E12 alarm code, and commonly, the E11 alarm code will appear together with E12. We can try to find solutions against the alarm by following steps.
1: Open the side baffle and find the normal temperature flow valve. And turn it counterclockwise to the maximum value. After the step, we can power on chiller and see whether the alarm is gone and working normally.
2: If the above step does not solve the problem, we need to turn on the power of the water chiller, unplug the water pipe from the normal temperature water outlet, and observe whether the water flow is normal. If the flow is too small or there is no water flow, we need to replace the normal temperature regulating valve.
3: Turn on the power of the water chiller and observe the flow rate at the normal temperature return port. If the flow rate is too small or there is no flow, we need to clean the outlet and return pipes. We can use an air gun to blow air into the inside of the water pipe to achieve the purpose of cleaning. What needs to be noted here is that the water in chiller should be pure water, and the circulating water should be updated regularly.
