To be fair viewers have had the same questions and confusion about Luke and his behaviour. It’s also understandable that someone would take it personally to be the toss up between them and someone who has presented the way Luke has. At the same time I respect where Hannah is coming from about trusting her judgment and that she is a grown woman capable of making her own judgements.

Jed totally influenced Hanna to be against Luke after that talk... why did she act all rude with Luke when all he was stating was that if she had sex with other men there he would remove himself.... Jed questioned her judgement and she never snapped like how she did with Luke and Jed questioned her process in figuring out if Luke was her husband and she didn’t snap and Jed said he questioned her judgement in keeping things she shouldn't keep in her life and she didn’t snap and Jed talked about retracting his feelings and she didn’t snapped. She would have lost it on Luke on any of these points. She kept Luke because he was eye candy to her and she likely wanted to sleep with him during fantasy suites time and so she overlooked obvious incompatibility, but with Jed she likely really wants to choose him in the end so she doesn’t snap at him as she would if Luke came and said these exact same words to her.

I do believe he loves her. I think he's being dishonest AF but once he started falling for her he's now painted himself into a corner, he can't reveal that detail without getting sent home. You could tell this was his desperate attempt at getting sent home by talking about another guy on his date 😂 he knows that that’s usually a dealbreaker on the show and he thought Hannah would send him home because of it. After knowing what he did, that time when he told that he only came to the show for his music was yet another attempt at getting sent home early. He literally told the girl back home that he would come back for her, he even left a note saying he loved her! But since Hannah feels strongest for him, of course she wasn’t going to do anything to send him home. I hope she came to her senses after the show and reunited with Tyler, but at the same time I’d like to see him be the next bachelor. He’d definitely go down as one of if not the best bachelors in bachelor history.
