Clearly Malia and Sandy were not aware that an industry insider posted the section of the Maritime Law that applies and it contradicts both of them. Also yacht seizures only occur if there are actual drugs, narcotics of a certain quantity are found, a few pills of low dose valium does not qualify nor does a tiny amount of CBD for anxiety. Also Malia was completely off on how anxiety meds work both her and Bugsy were referring to actual drugs, narcotics that they both have experience with. Hmmm.

No one will seize the boat for a tiny amount THC if that would be the case that THC was in the pen. However Hanna said she had CBD and since it was not tested and the pen can be filled with whatever you want to fill it with we have to take Hanna's word for it as it would not serve the purpose to take THC as CBD is used for anxiety as Hanna, Jess and countless viewers and professionals stated on many of the fan sites and interviews and articles. Bugsy and Malia only talked about the drugs that they used to get high and they are clueless about anxiety and how to treat it as we all heard them. So....

I'm realizing Andy chooses sides and tailors his questions to make his side look good. No question that I really wanted asked was to be had. This reunion could have been wayyy more exciting: Did Sandy show favouritism? Why was she not more supportive and respectful of Hannah especially how she behaved towards Hannah on the dock? What did Sandy think of Malia's boyfriend's tantrums and his constant need for an assistant? Was his performance that much better than chef Kiko? If you watch sailing yacht remember captain glen asked the charter guests permission because he had no hard proof, but the chief stew Jenna had said she saw “white powder” under a guests nose, and noted they were behaving, not as regular guests. He couldn’t ignore it but he also can’t take a persons word as fact. Sandy did that with Malia. Who had no right to go through Hannah’s bag, regardless what was in it. She’s lucky Hannah didn’t press charges and just wants to move on and have her baby 👶

Malia is a little narc. She handled the whole situation with Hannah in a vindictive way. If she wanted to be professional and show compassion, she would have confronted Hannah OFF CAMERA and out of the range of the microphone to discuss what she discovered. She could've asked for a prescription or at least an explanation, taking into account that Valium can be obtained OTC around the world. But she didn't. Instead she went running to Capt. Sandy announcing it to every camera and microphone she could for the sole purpose of getting back at Hannah. As poorly as Capt. Sandy handled the cabin situation, she really had no choice but to terminate Hannah. Malia had backed her into a corner. She would've looked bad if she hadn't fired Hannah for something which was allegedly so bad. Malia kept whining, "I could lose my license...". On a side note, that is BS. An industry insider posted the section of the Maritime Law that applies and it contradicted Sandy and Malia. Also, yacht seizures like they mentioned only occur if there are controlled substances of a certain quantity. A few pills of low dose benzodiazepines do not qualify, nor does a tiny amount of CBD (or THC for that matter) for anxiety. In addition, it is against Maritime Law for Malia to have gone through Hannah’s purse. Only the captain can do that, and only with a witness. When it all is said and done, had Malia taken this information to Capt. Sandy surreptitiously, once again OFF CAMERA, then perhaps everything could've been resolved without having to fire Hannah. But clearly, that was not Malia's objective...no Bravo's, it seems.

For the record it doesn’t matter if it’s CBD or THC. The vessel was Maltese flagged and Malta doesn’t differentiate between any hemp based product. Both are illegal under Maltese law.

Malia is a snake in the grass and will do whatever to get what she wants and doesn't care if she throws people under the bus. It's not cute to be a tattle tale like the first thing that irked me was when she went to captain sandy about being called sweetie without ever telling pete that she doesnt like being called sweetie. And then the whole deck crew had to get a scolding from sandy for no reason and then malia chimes in like "yeah I'm not your sweetie, I'm your bosun" Malia could have just said that to pete in the first place and then there wouldn't be an issue. There was no reason to bring the captain into it. And then the hannah thing really made me not like her at all.She knew about the valium days to a week prior and didnt say anything until hannah and her got into an argument about switching rooms. They have that argument and boom that's when Malia pulls out everything from hannahs purse(illegally btw) sets it up like it is a makeup haul instagram pic with hannahs initialed passport cover, the valium, the vape pen and of course she added the lighter which is irrelevant because you are allowed to have a lighter but it happened to have pot leaves on it so malia was like perfect this will make her look even more guilty. So disgusting in my opinion. If she cared so much about maritime law she would have mentioned it when she was telling sandy about hannahs anxiety attack the night before. Hannah mentioned valium to malia that night but no she kept that information in her back pocket for a week as ammo until hannah did something she didn't like and was like well i will just get her fired then. And then after sandy fires hannah, malia walks up to the bridge trying to act like she wasn't the reason hannah just got fired. Makes me so mad.
