Video suggestion: a week (or five days if you don’t want to do Tues & Thurs, Sat & Sun) where each day you only eat/drink things beginning with the same letter as the day. For example, Monday: mocha, muffin, monkfish (it’s really early, I’m not awake!), Tues &/or Thurs; Tea, tomatoes, toffee. Wed: waffles, white choc, water. You get the idea x
