Great video Hannah! Ball is a good apparatus because you can practise it at home, without ruining the whole house - specially rolls! Your ball technique is on pointe!(Ballet pun intended.)

Any tutorials for rope coming up? :) I'm not a gymnast but I do like to jump rope, and lately I've been incorporating a few of the releases and tosses and what not from RG in between sets. It's a perfect way for me to both lose some weight and express what little artistry I can ^^

How hard do you have to inflate the ball? I noticed, that most gymnasts have it pretty soft, see the dent you finger makes when spinning. I'm afraid I got mine too hard :)

AroundTheYear yes, I prefer to have my ball on the softer side as then it is easier to manipulate. If you have a ball pump at home it is possible to extract the air if you want a softer apparatus.

And hannah i can't do the middle splits i am really flexible but it hurts do you have any tips? I can touch my legs on the ground while I'm doing butterfly. And i did middle splits once about 1 weeks ago. But now i can't 😅
