Dear Hannah, "Stollen" (Sh-tollen) is a traditional German fruit bread dating back to at least 1329 in the German town of Dresden. The oblong shape is meant to symbolize the child Jesus wrapped in swaddling clothes. The word "Stollen" comes from this shape which in some Saxon towns was associated with a post or boundary stone, which could also denote the entrance to a mine shaft ("Stollen"). Your thumbnail captures the biggest laugh in your vlog- the halved King’s Road sign. So, you’re like a Hollywood wunderkind, constantly producing one great production after another. They are all so jammed packed with delights, they can easily be rewatched forever. My biggest surprise was your saying Holiday is one of your favorite Christmas movies. Truly a phenomenal film. Partridges is great value - honestly, it's incredibly cheap for many things (fresh cakes, for example). I live nearby and pick up loads of food from them. They also sell things like Pitcairn honey (sometimes you have to put your name down as it can take 6+ months for the ship to visit the island) which is impossible to find elsewhere.

Sloane Street is on a par with Bond Street, getting a major revamp to bring the street up to a more polished international standard Kings Road gives a different viɓe, more accessible but very chelsea..

Yes, I lived for seven years on Pont Street on the corner of Sloane Street in the 90s near the Danish Embassy and Cadogan Hotel. It was at a time when Sloane Street was finding its feet, and gradually the fancy shops expanded south from Knightsbridge. Fendi was my closest shop for some time, not that I ever went in there.

The difference between seal and sea lions is ears, if you can see ears it’s a sea lion as seals ears are internal. You need to visit Norfolk to see the grey seals at this time of year, they will be pupping soon! Annnnyway thanks for all your hard work Hannah and don’t burn yourself out! 😊

They did not have the seven swans swimming in the blue hay last year or all those cows. I think the tower was new also. We rented an apartment on Sloane for the week and loved walking through that area every night. Those crowns lit up at night were so pretty.

Knobbs is fantastic, I used to be a G&Tonic girlie, but now, if I could to Knobbs that would be my dream. The Twelve Days of Christmas was unlike anything I’ve ever seen. The French hens with the Eiffel Tower was so fun, they all were. Such talented artists working to make Christmas time so magical, all the way across the pond thanks to your Vlogs! I need to get over to London for Christmas time. You did a great job for us to see the Ivy’s menu. I think the UK does a stellar job with beautiful store window and street designs, restaurant offerings, it really has put my husband and I in a very festive mood and we thank you for that!!🎄.
