I love Roquefort cheese. Being from Wisconsin , the American Cheese Capitol, we have to have cheese in some shape or flavour during every meal. I have not seen real Roquefort for decades. My Grandfather and I used to have Limbeger (don't tell Phillip it is even stinkier than Roquefort) and fresh horseradish and raw onion sandwiches on Swedish Rye Bread. Ummm mmmmm mmmmmuh! I was only 3 years old, but loved the lunches with Gramps. We would both be crying due to the fumes and laughing!
