It definitely has that Life is Strange sound to it doesn't it? :-) I can imagine Max playing this in her Blackwell dormitory room, just trying to deal with and wrap her head around all the shit that's going on. Max is tough but I think she has plenty of issues going on in that mind of hers and maybe playing the guitar is her way of working through it all....much, I imagine, like creating songs is probably Hannah's.

I just finished a track where I attempted to synthesize Max's voice from scratch (thanks Helm!), and when I compared the synthetic voice to Hannah's voice they actually sound fairly similar overall. In my mind I can replace Hannah's voice with the voice I made and I don't notice much of a difference. Haven't released the track yet though (because life is busy)

I know I'm way late to the party, but I just wanted to say that you've changed my life, Hannah. I know you probably will never see this, but I need to get this off my chest. This past summer I re-discovered Life is Strange after watching a play through years ago but never experiencing it on my own, and I finally played it myself and all I can say is that I've never, ever related to a character more than Max. I remember reading her diary in the game and crying my eyes out because I've never read anything that actually represented how I felt. Seeing my shy and self conscious self represented in such a beautiful way was absolutely life changing. Today I felt like doing some research on the voice actors of the game because you and your cast members voice's hold a special place in my heart, and man was I in for a rollercoaster of emotions. I listened to your interview on Blackwell podcast and I found myself tearing up multiple times. The fact that you related so deeply to Max and struggle with self confidence and mental health issues moved me to tears. I felt a special connection to a fictional character which felt amazing, but feeling that connection to a real person is on another level. Not only do I relate to you as a person, but your music is especially moving and emotional for me. I am a musician myself and you truly inspire me so much. The lyrics, voice, guitar, everything just radiates joy from my heart and I connect with your story and songwriting so much. I honestly could go on and on but I think I'll leave it at this. Thank you so much for making me feel less alone in the world. Never stop creating art
