Barracuda619x - There are a lot of Out-of-control parties that have trashed people’s homes and caused thousands of dollars in damages. Most insurance policies do NOT cover your home when leased, and if someone slips by the pool, it’s the homeowner who is liable. I wouldn’t want renters to have a party in my house either. A few big points here, 1. He agreed to ‘no parties,’ but had one while she was out of town. 2. When she called, his first response was to lie. 3. Paying for the damages in coins, childish thing to do. But kudos to him for his response to moving the couch, "It’s more Feng shui." LOL! 😎 Great response!

I don't get why everyone loves the way he handled the situation with his landlord and how everyone hates her just because a celebrity hates her. Sort of makes me think of the Daniele Watts situation, before the facts came to light. The man rented her home and threw a party against her wishes, and he's going to complain about her being upset about it and the cleanup? Nah. I don't like the way she reacted either, I don't believe in antagonizing situations by reacting with anger. However I can't quite blame her for it either, and it sort of comes down to a "he started it" argument. Of course that's not a very mature argument, but like I said, at the very least he's wrong AS WELL. Not just her. At the least. He comes across as the classic chat room troll, just someone who likes to toy with another person playing on their anger with calm and jokes. I'm sure he's a nice guy and all but in this situation he's just wrong. I won't judge his entire character, just this one incident. He was making jokes i assume to lighten the situation, but because of her anger I assume she reacted defensively and took it as arrogance/him brushing her off.
