This song and the whole album is underrated af. People never talk about these hidden gems.

Had them in my DJ library for years. Suddenly tonight, well, technically 1:20 in the morning I wanted to listen to a bunch of Finnish rock.

Why this album is not in the spotify
@kathleenbranda570522 күн бұрын
Because they are wise musicians and want to get paid. Spotify steals music

I cant say im a big fan. But they definatley had a punk edge to there sound. They have a bit more debth than the bands dominating the charts at the time.

A well oiled machine. Mikael Monroes own words.

The trajectory that Hanoi Rock had was the one that every band should have, music and fun, that's why even in their last recent songs they continue to have that touch of progression, not like for example ''bon jovi, which in itself was already very commercial, now It has a very religious and boring tone.

Am i sick or was the last hanoi rocks better playing than the first one? And songs are more rock but 80s hanoi made better songs still

This is not really a Hanoi song. Sounds like a Michael Monroe solo project left over (which it probably was). The only thing making it Hanoi is those downright nasty licks Andy plays during the verse, the I Can't Get It-style lick at the end of the chorus and of course the Hanoi Rocks trademark: the "Finnish Descent" which they do on Don't You Ever Leave Me and a bunch of the old ones
