They are Asians.There is a little difference in their pronunciation of the English language but they are good.He screamed in some part because of the high note and he sung without echo and amplified voice just a plain voice.

Absolutely wonderful version and performance! I'm from Poland. I am 68 years old and currently retired. I have been playing guitar as an amateur for many years. I remember well the group The Marmalade and its leader Dean Ford. The song "Reflections of My Life" became their big hit. Now that I'm old, I understand the words of this song completely differently than when I was a teenager. It is a song about the fact that it is difficult to come to terms with the passing of time, leaving and dying. I heard about Dean Ford's death two years ago. He passed away on December 31, 2018 at the age of 73. Then I decided to record a cover of this song and put it on KZbin in memory of Dean Ford - lead singer, songwriter and frontman of the beat pop group The Marmalade from 1966-1974.
