I don't think it's in Joanne control of how the story is made. She did her best to read it to us. Blame it on the author for the loopy pronunciation lol 😄

This was not meant in a bad way. Its simply the difference between the languages :) and I was just used to the german pronunciation due to the story being German

No worries, Lynn. Joanne used what is likely the most common pronunciation of 'Hansel And Gretel' in the US. When my Mom read me this story when i was growing up, she used the exact same pronunciation.
