Then Xavi shocked Laporta by changing his decision. I think Laporta never wanted Xavi to stay in the 1st place, when Xavi said he wanted to go he accepted it and moved on but he simple said we want Xavi to stay 1 to remove the pressure on the team and board on who will be the next manager and also to protect that Barca wanted Xavi to stay and he decided to go by himself. But then tables turned and Xavi then decided to stay and Laporta couldn't say no you have to go. Also look at what happened in the UCL and El Classico and us fighting for the 2nd place, I don't blame him for having 2nd thoughts on keeping Xavi. Yes it looks bad the way it's happening but it is necessary, we cannot have another bad year with Xavi (who doesn't even have confidence in his current team) and another bad year for the team will cost Laporta his presidency. If Flick comes and gets results we will all forget how it happened #MyOpinion
