The olmo rumor also includes that his transfer fee could be paid in installments, then i can understand the money barca is ready to pay upfront for the position is as low as around 20 30mil, the total transfer budget in this summer will only stand at 60 70mil at best, for a left winger and a pivot altogether, so yeah, i dont buy that no major departure is needed to achieve all those transfer targets. Félix is a good signing, I would swap Ferran for Félix and pay 20 mil to Keep Félix. I'm sure Atletico would limove Ferran.
