This is the first time I've seen the round kick straight into a (midair switch) side kick (at about 1:01); It's performed beautifully here by Damien. I practice it in one of my Combo videos. Nice!

Thanks for uploading but you shouldn t lose the action just to film the cornerman. In the clinch when the ref is about to separate the fighters would be a proper time to film the corner man but in the middle of the fight it takes steam out of the video

This is a very lousy shoot. Focusing on the trainers instead of the fight. Couldn't see what happen when the trainers were cheering cause the camera is focused on trainer not the fighters. Maybe the cameraman is personally interested in the trainer.

i m french myself, yes, and it s true that most of french are narrow minded, but in this fight about half of the public were in favor of saenchai and did not understand alamos behaviour. and making generality is never good, and it s often annoying. i don t consider myself as narrow minded, you see. evn in france the public don t like fuss, being from a french or another nationality. that s all:)

When I was in high school, there were two bullies who were always picking on the smaller and younger kids. If ONLY I were trained in muay thai back then... to be able to walk right up t him and deliver a powerful side kick to the side of his head and knock him on his ass. Saenchai won the first 3 rounds convincingly. It started getting weird in the 4th when Damien started raising his arms after every strike or block. The 5th was just ridiculous. Damien seemed to have no respect. Further more the guy is like a whole foot taller than Saenchai. Not a fan of Alamos after this fight. I think he could have shown a lot more class. Saenchai all the way. Don't forget he had his guy rocked in the middle of the first round.
