Damn, I forgot to put pool noodle pieced in the saya. Was so focused on the edge, I completely forgot to fix the saya rattle.

And that's an edge I'm still not satisfied with. That Through hardened steel wont take as fine of an edge as Differently hardened ones. Anytime you want any of yours touched up, I got you on the house.

I have a Hanwei Raptor as well that I bought about almost ten ago. It was the fifth sword that I bought, and it cost me around $500 at the time. However, mine is the shobu zukuri, and... I still haven't cut anything with it 😅

I would check out Bohihyu on Amazon. Very very sharp,at least the ones i have bought in the $180 to $220 range.

@@backinprezentrecords13 all my swords from JKOO were also sharp,some say different about JKOO,or Sinosword,but i think they make very nice swords,especially if you want spend $500 or more,above that i would go with Skyjiro.

I'm seeing a lot of reviews of the Hanwei katanas having fake ray skin on them, is this true? Specifically on the practical ones like the XL and XL lite, I'm not spending that kind of money for fake ray skin.
