Regarding warmups, I would really appreciate a long winded video about warm-ups before lifting or before each exercise? Mobility? Stretching? Specific Exercises? What activation exercises? How many sets? reps? How does a proper Hany Rambod warmup look like? Can you share detailed warmup routines for alle the different days please and what you personally recommend how someone should warm up properly, especially for garage gym owners that dont have access to all the fancy machines or no machines at all, just bands, bodyweight, barbells, dumbbells etc. I´m a bit older, 45 years and One thing that I found very profound is that I always perform better at the end of my workouts. I always feel sluggish when I start a workout, not ready, not sweaty, regardless at which time of the day I train and regardless how I ate. I rarely get less than 8 hours of sleep and my job is pretty low stress. Though I do sit pretty much all day. After about 45 minutes or at the end of the workout I feel like I am firing on all cylinders. I was wondering if there was a warm-up technique or protocol that can help shorten this and that raises my body temperature, prime my central nervous system and help me to blow out my first lung, like boxers or fighters would say. I want to already sweat when I go into my strength or hypertrophy work, but I don´t want to fatigue myself or do unnecessary junk volume, hours of cardio etc. on the other hand, I want to perform on demand not perform when the conditioning is best. I´m a recreational natural lifter with the goal to build as much muscle and strength naturally as I can. Maybe you have some suggestions too. Thank you very much I value your valuable time and all the free information

Many people are asking me, who is my inspiration to work out the way I do. (trying to workout with best possible form, many times to failure & controlled tempo). I most definitely mention a lot of bodybuilders or powerlifters, but every single time I need to mention Hany too. His knowledge & understanding of each individual he trains is unique (impressive). I've learned a ton watching a lot of his videos and many of the people that are watching can 100% say the same. Thank you for everything you are doing for everyone in the fitness community & believe that you are inspiring millions to improve each day. My favorite coach Hany Rambod.

29:50: The issue I see with trying to learn from "personal trainers" in commercial gyms is that they do NOT TEACH. I have trained in 20 ( yes, I have kept count) different gyms in 3 states over more than 20 years and probably 8 or 10 more on vacations and can say I only saw TWO personal trainers in all that time were worth a darn. Today's "personal trainers" throw people on machines, say" do this" and then instead of teaching, start a conversation between sets about last night's sit com or some other non training subject. Trainers are talking to clients DURING THEIR SETS about last night's football game. Or worse yet, texting on their phone or looking at God Knows What Across The Gym during client sets. If you are new, good luck finding a real teacher.

Hi what is the best workout split for a 52 year old? I find that since i got older its hard to recover from working out two days in a row, without a day off. I think it would be cool to have the tren twins on a podcast to get to know them. Ive been a fan of bodybuilding for 15 or more years, So I come from a more old school mentality. The tren twins I thought were some young douches looking for attention, without getting to know them. I respect whatever you say Hany, so if they are cool it would be neat to hear from the younger generation.
