1. blood test, 2. hormone optimization (remedy deficiency), 3. sleep is paramount, 4. training: short blocks broken up with deload phase (4 weeks increasing load, followed by deload of 50%, then restart the load at ~85% of last loading phase), 5. nutrition notes (vertical dieting philosophy): quality calories to create best gut biome, frequency over calories, post-workout carb load (white rice), micro-nutrient dense food, steak over chicken, eat carrots and cook spinach peppers and squash (minimal fart bubbles), drink orange juice (stimulates thyroid), milk before bed, adequate minerals and electrolytes.

I'm interested in learning more about PEDs. I wish more body builders were open about their past use of PEDs so the community didnt have this huge elephant in the room every time theres a discussion about anything training related. Ive seen heroin addicts talk more openly about what they use and yet theyre the people the cops hunt down the most. No cop gives a shit about steroid users, and they cant persecute you for past tense story telling even if they wanted to. Which is why I wish the community would talk more openly about it instead of looking like hypocrites. I personally dont care who does and doesnt use them, but they are a big part of the body building community. It should be known to outsiders, and young kids that look up to these people and wanna be big and strong like them one day when they grow up.
@Chedda3000music5 жыл бұрын
Broseph Thomas that’s a great analogy about heroin users and I agree strongly about wishing people were more open about their gear use so the audience (especially the young ones) don’t have this misconception about how big and strong they can be, then become disheartened when their progress is much slower than a person that would be on gear. But I can see the reasoning of these popular fitness community people not talking about that because they need to sell their products since they can’t sell PEDs and Anabolic steroids, they have to make their audience think that all they need is their elixir of BS products that they sell and they can look just like them!

39:00 Small nitpick. The reason steak is so expensive has nothing to do with its nutrient content. It's simple supply and demand. Steak tastes better, more people want to eat it, so they can sell it for more. If price was based on nutrients, calf liver would be the most expensive meat by a long shot, but it's usually extremely cheap because no one likes eating it.
