It's always cool when you make these videos when the companies do deserve it, awesome customer service from Haolonggood and Lana's. I've only bought the three hadrosaurs from them so far but they're fantastic figures for the price. Even though I haven't been buying other species, I always enjoy seeing you and Dino Scream show off the line, impressive figures for sure and apparently great service to boot 👍

Indeed Lana Time Shop has excellent customer service. My Haolonggood Alamosaurus had quite visible paint defects and after some discussion they sent me a completely new one free of charge and I could keep the one with the paint defectsThey even included the base in the replacement. I then offered them to pay the shipping costs because they were so generous. The one with paint defect ended up being repainted by Dinosaur Models Artworks in the style of the PNSO Alamosaurus and the two look just so amazing together.
