A very inspirational conversation with Ajahn Jayasaro, who provides very important life learnings in a simple manner. The flow of the conversation was very natural, without a prepared set of questions. This, and the other podcasts by "The Values Workshop" have helped many of us understand life from different perspectives. Kudos to all the efforts of the interviewer and his team. Heartfelt thanks to each person responsible for making this podcast available to all of us. Immense gratitude to Ajahn Jayasaro.🙏

I think, we would all be very happy, if Ajahn Jayasaro shared his immense knowledge and experience with us by writing a book, a kind of meditators' handbook. The joy of giving and sharing! 🤩
