I cannot say enough about how using The Sedona Method has changed me. The incessant fear I held for decades after being attacked is gone! Frustration and agitated responses, which were my norm, are no longer part of my experience. I am AMAZED by the new “me.” Stuff gets done seemingly effortlessly. I don’t get sucked into others anxiety, as was my norm. Life just “flows.” My only regret is that I didn’t bother to learn The Sedona Method decades ago! Thank you Hale, for The Sedona Method has been the best gift I have ever given myself!!
