Thank you Jack. I learn something or things that help every time I lsten to a talk. For example, first hsve compassion for myself. (This may have been given in the previous talk I listened to.) I am learning how to. First time I read 'A path with heart' was in 1997 when my mother and I visited a beautiful place in Coles Bay Tasmania. My mother was very thin and unwell from a bowel cancer operation This beautiful and practicsl book gave me a way to be loving and in a practicsl way to help her. She had a very courageous heart. I ammissing her still. 🙏🌹

All this be here now thingy is great if your a beautifull healthy woman, hanging out a smart car window in the sun .But if your ill health and hungry and living in war zone I dought it'll work so well....I postulate that the present often proves unacceptable not because we're not in it but we're not in it because it proves unacceptable! If 'this love things when there shit ' works for anyone great...I wish you well. Ain't worked that well for me so far though
