Not going to lie, but I'm planning on making a story that's inspired by Honkai: Star Rail, along with Genshin Impact and another game called Trails of Cold Steel. The 'system of the world' is challenging, but I want to make everything official. However, after playing these games that inspired me, watching 2.2 livestream and being all hype up every time I watch HSR update livestream, I'm now afraid to writing now. Their story are so good that I kind of wish I was the one who made it - that, or be in it since my life is dull and boring, like how all those reincarnation light novel start off. I'm scared of thinking that it might not be good, interesting, or being too similar to my inspiration materials.

I believe you can do it. It may not turn out exactly how you want it but you need to try, develop and evolve. Taking from duke Inferno a little here "What's important is not the answer but that is exists!" And as you go down the path of the story writer, be a brave and heroic path strider.
