I just worked really hard for it- In my opinion thats the better option than trying to fly non-standard, when there will always be another girl on the team who has hers on the correct leg, you know? Most teams will stand on their right leg and pull with their left. Naturally I'm flexible the opposite side, so I just work really hard on my other leg so they are even :)

To be a flyer do you have to be a certain weight,be short, or flexibility. I want to try out for my school cheer on high school but I think I will make it I'm good at tumbling and flexible but will I be able to be a flyer?!?!

um it doesnt really matter if youre skinny or short u just need to be able to hold your weight so its not ALL on the bases. @catsrule561 is also right too but u need to be strong enough to stand yourself up and hold some of your weight and if youre too muscle-ly like i am, you might be a base because sometimes if you have a lot of muscles you may be harder to hold. so it doesnt really matter your size it pretty much has to do w strength and trust of your self and bases(:
