FIFTY. THOUSAND. STREAMS. 🎉
If you told me a year ago that the first song I've written with the intent of making instrumental music as a hobby would hit 50,000 plays on Spotify, I probably wouldn't believe you. I was sure that nobody would like the first batch of songs I'd put out. Despite that, people connected to the music and understood what the Atlas Initiative EP and the Mickosis project are about.
50,000 seems like a small number to any of the musicians we follow and idolize, but to me, an unknown musician, with no label, no management, and no marketing team, who only started making content last year would achieve this in less than ten months, it's pretty surreal. I've got YOU to thank for that, and maybe myself for streaming my song forty thousand times. Kidding!
I am celebrating this with the people that supported me and the project since last year, and also those who are just discovering it now. I am thankful for every support I get. Hopefully, we won't stop yet, and I promise, new music is just around the corner. Thanks so much again!
