@@gameingboy9541 That actually gave me a couple of ideas: What if we had a game where, instead of following Sonic, this time the main character is Chip; the plot is that Chip has to defeat Dark Gaia and rebuild the world, thus giving us a perspective on what he goes through on a daily (at least in Chip's pov) basis? or A game that takes place in Silver's future, where Eggman Nega, after researching about what happened in Sonic Unleashed, splits the world like Eggman did and awakens the Gaias... but this time, he builds a machine that allows him to take control of Dark Gaia (since Eggman was unable to get Dark Gaia to cooperate with him), so Silver has to help Chip to defeat them.

I hope the next game is a bit deep and dives into Sonic’s character, stuff like: why is sonic comparable in strength to someone who is literally supposed to be the ultimate life form, why was he of all people the iblis trigger, why is he so fast, why is he at the center of everything, or something like how does he actually truly feel about Amy or where he came from. I hope the next game is big story wise for Sonic and afterward he’s tired and there’s a post credit scene where he tells Tails he’s tired and (temporarily) passes the mantle of hero onto him. (Setting up a Tails side game)

@@8-bit-archive You don’t need to apologise, I liked your idea of time travel and whilst I liked Chip as well apart from his large appearance in Sonic Unleashed one of my favourite Sonic Games and the Sonic Night of the Werehog short which is also my favourite Chip is more of a rare side character which may unfortunately mean he probably won’t get as much screen time or popularity as other characters. I think the idea you had for a spin off game or maybe a party game could work, like they had for Sonic and the Secret Rings you had a party mode where you could play as different characters when you unlocked them Chip could fit in that criteria.
