Often times the simplest solutions tend to be the best. What mic are you using? I've looked at a few similar models and always wondered how they sound but in your environment, it's perfect. With the exception of when you turn your head away from the mic, it's a very nice sound without any background echo or noise.

I did actually just upgrade my mic (since this video). New one on that with details soon!
