Happy Heading Home ║ Mini Vacation Day 4 │ Large Family Vlog

Today we're heading home even though we've still technically got one day left of our mini vacation. In order to make both groups happy (The people who want to go home now and the people who want one more adventure before heading north) we stop by a Dollar Tree and let each of the kids spend $5. Then we make the 6 hour drive home from Denver.

Andrea, you and your husband have raised an incredible family! Children who not only love each other, but really taake care of one another, who do not complain for whatever they have to do for the other. Cooperate with their parents and the home. I am very mpressed, such a large family, living in a small house, and still live in a happy, tranquil home full of love. ❤️❤️😘😘🌺🌺🌺🌺

I feel for sweet Asher! I used to have horrible home sickness. My Grandmother lived across the street from me, literally across the street and I would still get homesick when I would spend the night. I love how caring all the kiddos are to one another and how they want to buy each other gifts. That doesn't happen much these days. So refreshing to see!

I wonder if Solly bought the glittery orange pumpkin: my granddaughter that's the same age went to that like a magnet at Dollar Tree, then ended up getting something else, not sure why. The Dollar Store: Great American Adventure. We do that, too, on boring rainy days. LOL! The whole time, though, I'm freaking out that NOBODY went to the paper/arts & crafts section which is where I find all the things I love! hahaha Little blank books and stickers and such! Solomon is a master of disguises just like my Braydon was when he was that age. Now he dresses himself in Harley or Seahawks gear but the sentiment is the same. I love that little quirk. We had many fireman and policeman costumes. My favorite scene here was the Warhead segment. OMG! Andrea you did some hilarious planning and editing for that. Perfect! Glad you are all home safely. xoj

We were in America 2 years ago. If you go to Cheyenne, go half hour east on the interstate, heading toward Nebraska. On the right is a small town which has a dinosaur museum. We were given a guided tour and allowed to look in the lab. My then 16 year old son still says it is in the top 3 of his vacation highlights.

There are seven kids in my family. I have three brothers, three sisters. My oldest brother moved next door with his wife and two dogs. I share a room with my two young sisters. My two other brothers share a room. In my room, there's a walk in closet that my oldest sister turned into a bedroom. And my parents have their room.

I have a hard time going to Dollar Tree now. Ever since last month when the police came in & arrested someone while we were at it. It was so scary! The yelling & screaming . We escaped out the back emergency exit. I was so scared! My daughter was crying. 10 police cars & we heard a dog barking. We walked around from the back to the front outside. I was PRAISING God for his protection on us. I'm also thankful my husband was with us. So..no dollar tree for me right now.
