Let’s make HAPPY MAIL! In this video I explain what happy mail is, give you collage ideas inspired by art journaling and junk journaling techniques, and inspiration on what to include in your parcel. I’m a happy mail beginner, but it was so much fun putting this vintage themed parcel together. My favorite aspect (aside from writing the letter) is the dried lavender charm. (It smells so good!)
SIDE NOTE: I can’t believe that we’re halfway through October! As we approach November, I’ve been thinking about ways that I can be more giving. This paper craft project was the perfect outlet to fulfill that need of mine. Next week, we’ll resume the Halloween scrapbook project and get back to our spooky crafts. lol.

Instead of searching for a pen pal I decided to write to my friends and relatives. They don’t all craft so I send quotes, short stories, recipes, interesting magazine articles, photos and such. It’s nice reconnecting with those far away in this way! I get lots of letters in return too!

very creative! I didn't know pen-pals still were a thing. It was a big thing when I was young and one of my oldest friends still writes (no email) to her pen-pal in Australia.
