I always with when to send out happy mail. Do I send it out as soon as I get an order or do I wait until the end of the month and send out mail with everything that’s for the following month? I hope my question makes sense.

It totally makes sense! I used to send it out right after an order ... now because my volume has increased I do one big mail out day a month and that way I can do it all in one batch for the last 30 days. :) Whatever works for you. xo
