If you will ever read this , I’m Not at all questioning or looking down on mental health issues /depression . I myself have the feeling of sudden numbness , feeling like a strong current is passing thru my head , awkwardness , not being able to do anything etc which I assume is related to ‘ depression ‘ But . Assume u had real shit to take care of , assume ure a single mother , have tons of loans to take care of etc , u might probably move ur ass out , get out of the ‘ I can’t accept change’ , ‘today is a less weirder than yesterday ‘etc . When I feel extremely down , powerless , numb I don’t look for people to come pamper me ; I try to get up , try to get my shit done : work on my loans etc . I feel a real hard work helps me get out of it than anything else
